Have your child's birthday party at Java Mama and let us take care of the planning and clean-up! Choose from one of our birthday packages or contact us about customizing a special day just for your child.
PACKAGES
A. Build Your Own Birthday!
This is the simplest option out there! You get exclusive
use of our party room, free use of the playarea and
set-up and clean-up!
Price: Minimum of $175 in food and drink purchases.
Sales tax on food and beverages and 15% gratuity not
included.
B. Build Your Own Birthday Private Party!
Want the whole cafe to yourself? Schedule a private party.
Price and Times: Purchase a minimum of $300 in food and beverages on Saturday or Sunday. Sunday private parties also include a $75 Cafe rental fee. Private parties start at 3pm on Saturday or between 10am -1pm on Sunday. Sales tax on food and beverages and 15% gratuity not included.
C. Theme Parties!
Let your child's imagination soar when they celebrate
with one of our theme parties! Includes a character
(princess, superhero, etc.), use of our party room, free
play, kid-friendly food, juice or milk, snacks, themed
decorations, balloons, themed plates and napkins.
(Salad and other adult food available for an additional
fee.) PLUS, themed games, a craft and face painting.
Choose from:
- Fairy Princess Garden Theme
- Teeny Tiny Tea Parties
- Disney Princess (Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Belle, Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, The Little Mermaid, Snow White, Peter Pan and Tinkerbell).
- Superheroes (Batman, Superman and Spiderman!)
- Pirates!.
- Princess Tea Party (includes bite-size sandwiches and tea or juice in tea pots)
- Mad Hatter Tea Party (includes bite-size sandwiches and tea or juice in tea pots)
Price:$325 for up to 12 children. $10 for each additional child. Have the cafe all to yourself for a private theme party for only $125 more in food and beverage purchases. Private theme parties on Sunday include a $75 Cafe rental fee. Sales tax on food and beverages and 15% gratuity not included.
D. Activity Parties!
Looking for something different for your child's next
party? How about one of the following activities.
- Yoga! Yoga for children is both fun and good for them too! Spend 30-45 minutes of storytelling, dancing and yoga poses. Ages 2-10!
- Messy Art ! The kids will make an age-appropriate craft or two and Java Mama will clean up the mess!
- Music and Movement! One of our experienced music teachers will lead the birthday child and guests through 30 minutes of music, dancing and fun!
Price: Can be added on to any package for an additional $65. Please book activity-themed parties 30 days in advance to secure instructor availability.

E. Ideas for Adults
Looking for something different to do for your birthday or a friend's special occasion? How about:
- Yoga and Tea: An hour-long private yoga class for you and your friends followed by our wonderful loose leaf tea and snacks.
- Scrapbooking Party: Spend an hour (or two) scrapbooking and chatting with friends. We can organize an instructor to help with a theme and provide materials.
- Tea Tasting: Do you love tea? Try a tea-tasting party. Includes tasting and information on the many varieties of loose leaf tea, free samples and snacks. For even more fun, add a tea leaf reading.
The room is also available for your private meeting, training, reception, etc.

FAQS
- What does the $175 minimum entail for the build your own birthday? The $175 minimum requirement means that you need to spend $175 on food and drinks. Please refer to the party menu for our catering options.
- How many people total can your party room accommodate? Our party room can comfortably fit up to 25 people (adults and kids).
- I am interested in a character party. What if the character I want is not listed on your website? No problem! We work with a great company that can supply almost any character you would want.
- How long are parties generally? Most birthday parties are 2 hours. You also get 30 minutes before and after the party to decorate, pack-up, etc. If you would like a longer party we can accommodate you.
- Can we bring any food/drinks or decoration items to the party? You can bring in decorations, plates, cups, tablecloths, whatever you want. If you choose a character party we will supply all that for you, but feel free to bring in something special.
You may also bring in your own cake and ice cream. However, no other outside food is permitted.
